Standard Terms & Conditions:

Rooms are available from 12.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and are held until 6.00 p.m. unless notified of a later time of arrival.

To facilitate the preparation of rooms for new arrivals, guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Reservations for part-weeks are charged at daily rates.

The management cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

Cancellation Policy (Groups have separate policy)

No reduction is made for curtailment of stay or meals not taken. Deposit of £20.00 per person is required to secure bookings and balance on arrival - deposits are non returnable, in the event of cancellation please give seven full days notice.
